  • utilisation of the electronic Public Procurement (ePP) Application Framework for building ePP Solutions compliant to EU directives, and
  • usage of the an ePP Solution generated via the framework that covers the contract establishment process of Public Procurement i.e. from Notification to Contract conclusion phase.

ePP Application Framework
In order to familiarise yourself with the MDE methodology followed by the framework on building ePP Solutions, it is advisable to refer either to the white paper or to the User Manual, which describes in detail the approach.

  • Generation of code:

              front-end interface     ePP process     authorisation mechanism

In the demonstratable scenarios presented below the following users-name - roles pairs were used:

  → ellectra - Administrator of the ePP Solution
  → poa1    - Procurement Officer with administrative role
  → poo1/2 - Procurement Officer with opening role
  → poe1    - Procurement Officer with evaluating role
  → eo1/2   - Economic Operator

              User registration & approval of account

              Creation of Call For Tenders & Call notification

              Search for a Call & submit Tender documents (using client-side encryption)

              Unlocking of Tender documents (following the 4-eye principle)

              Evaluation of Tenders documents & Contract Award
